The Wings for Life global world run raised a whopping A$6 million towards spinal cord injury research. Held on May 3, the Australian leg with 3000 runners kicked off in Melbourne, joining over 100,000 athletes in 35 locations worldwide.
It was also a record-breaking day for Aron Anderson from Sweden who became the first ever national champion in a wheelchair.
