Blind Citizens Australia is running a free online business workshop to help employers meet their diversity, equity and inclusion objectives in the workplace.
The workshop: ‘Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Culture’ has been designed to assist businesses expand its workforce with education and support services and is part of the Eye to the Future work program made possible by a grant from the Department of Social Services.
The workshop program includes an informative session from ANZ employees Christopher Simms and Rodo Israel Mainque, who have effectively navigated this space. They will share their insights into the practical strategies employers can implement to enhance their workplace culture for current and future employees.
The workshop will be held on October 24 from 10am-11am AEDT.
