Australian adults with disabilities and living with NDIS supports in the home, are asked to share their experiences during Covid, for a study being led by Flinders University.

The survey can be conducted online and will take between 20-90 minutes and is accessed using the link or QR code (pictured).

There is also the option for participants to complete the survey over the phone and those completing this survey will be eligible to enter a draw for one of three $100 Coles Myer gift cards. Up to 10 people who complete the survey can choose to opt-into an online interview with the researchers to talk about their experiences in greater detail.

The survey remains confidential unless entering the draw for the gift card.

Findings from the survey are intended to help guide future public health policy that could impact people with disability.
