The Learning Difference Convention has become an annual event. This follows the success of the inaugural convention held in Sydney in November. More seminars, technology, workshops and resources are planned for LDC 2014. The Australian Dyslexia Association and Speld NSW will again be supporting the event giving information about dyslexia to teachers, allied health workers, parents or anyone with a learning difficulty.

As well as speakers from Australia, there will be guest speakers from the USA and the UK with over 30, one-hour seminars on learning difficulties scheduled. A longer workshop on auditory processing disorder will be held too as a result of huge interest from visitors to the 2013 event. This is in addition to free technology workshops.

LDC 2014 will be held at Rosehill Gardens, Sydney, August 6-7. Bookings open on February 1.
