Physical Disability Australia (PDA) is launching the inaugural Physical Disability Awareness Day with a virtual DisabiliTEA nationwide event on Sunday February 5. It will bring together people living with physical disability, their families, friends and the wider community.

The online DisabiliTEA event will run via Zoom to chat, make new friends, share experiences and learn from the physical disability community.

PDA president, Andrew Fairbairn said the event is an opportunity to raise awareness and shed light on the significant number of Australians living with a physical disability, to listen, learn, help raise awareness and be part of a day of support, friendships and acknowledgment. “We look forward to seeing this annual event grow and strengthen in celebration and recognition.”
