The Vision Australia Library is inviting young library members, aged 8-12 years, to join a series of free online writing workshops.

The workshops will be led by young adult Australian authors, facilitated by Writer’s Victoria.

Each small group will have the opportunity to develop their skills, from getting ideas onto the page, through to developing a plot and editing their own work, as authors guide participants through a range of story writing exercises.

The workshops will be held at 10am on April 9, May 7 and May 14 in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.

Authors include Shivaun Plozza, (Frankie and Tin Heart); Leanne Hall (Queen of the Night and Growing up Asian in Australia); and Rebecca Lim (The Astrologer’s Daughter and Mercy).

Places are limited. For further information and to register visit webinar registration page here
