Occupational Therapy Australia is introducing a new Student Career Webinar Series, developed by occupational therapists for final year OT students.
Following forums in 2021 and 2022, innovations have been made to the 2023 format, based on student and industry feedback.
The new series is presented free of charge to Occupational Therapy Australia student members for six months from April to September 2023. It comprises four online webinars, in April, May, July and September, with online resources and EDMs to be distributed between webinars.
OTA works with 28 universities that have an OT program, connecting it with students across the country. In Australia, there are currently over 2,000 OT students graduating each year and occupational therapy is one of the fastest growing allied health professions.
The Student Career Webinar Series offers beneficial advice for OTs entering the workforce, as well as two levels of sponsorship packages.
