ipadSwinburne University is seeking input from carers of people with dementia to develop a software program. The idea behind the project is to help engage people with dementia enjoy an interactive experience using an iPad or touch screen device. It can tailor activities to match a person’s interest and simulate and engage them in a meaningful way. The project, headed by Mandy Salomon, is being supported by Alzheimer’s Australia Victoria.

The questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete and carers have until March 1, 2014 to submit details.
