WA based not-for-profit community services provider, Community Vision has expanded its service offering into the South-West with in-home and community services for both disability and aged care customers.

Community Vision has been providing limited services in the areas since 2022, gradually building up their workforce and establishing themselves in the region. They now have a registered nurse and a local team of support staff delivering disability support and home care services to the community.

The provider is also giving residents access to services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP) and fee for service support. These include but aren’t limited to social support, in-home support, transport, personal care and medication assistance.

“From Harvey to Walpole and in-between, we are able to offer our services in an increased capacity to assist more people to live their life their way,” Community Vision chief executive, Yvonne Timson said.
