The CBlue600 grab rail from Canterbury Concepts has been developed in consultation with occupational therapists to assist people with dementia, the elderly and vision impaired to remain safe.
Dementia can cause perceptual and visual difficulties on top of those that occur with ageing, and a contrasting colour assists people to identify the grab rail more easily. This means people are more likely to use the grab rail when accessing bathing and toileting facilities.
Canterbury Concepts developed the unique blue finish with both contrast and style in mind. CBlue is a soft colour and looks smart on the wall. The finish is textured to be slip-resistant and pleasant to touch with its famous grip.
The CBlue600 grab rail system comprises a 600mm rail and standard end set for mounting on a flat wall and fixings are included.
