Diversity and Inclusion is one of three new categories to be introduced to this years’ Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS). The Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award joins a Sustainability Impact Award and a Small Business Innovation Award to the 2023 event.
The Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award celebrates eCommerce businesses who have supported diversity and fostered inclusion within their business including a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce, disability within the workplace, gender equality, Indigenous affairs, LGBTQIA+ and veterans.
The Sustainability Impact Award recognises businesses that are driving sustainable change within the eCommerce industry through product or innovation and the Small Business Innovation Award is targeted at small businesses that have delivered a new product of service, outstanding customer experience or business process.
Entries for the ORIAS awards close on May 5, 2023 with finalists announced on June 13.
