Art Access Australia (AAA) is inviting people with disability to submit photographs of their artistic works to feature on its website and social media channels.

Works can be new or existing, and in any medium, including sculpture, dance, performance, photography, theatre, film, visual art and music. Artworks must be presented as a black and white photograph (to align with the AAA brand), and be suitable for publishing on our website and/or social media channels.

Submission must include:

  • 1 x ‘hero’ image thematically depicting accessibility in the arts. This image will be used to represent the vision and mission of AAA and will be profiled on its website homepage and across its social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
  • 8 x supporting images to be used on the AAA website.
  • All images must be provided as a JPG or PNG file at 2560 x 666 pixels per inch.

The winning submission for the hero image will receive $250 plus GST. Winning submissions for the eight supporting images will each receive $100 plus GST. Winning submissions will be paid an award rate fee for the use of their artwork.

Arts Access Australia is the national peak body for arts and disability in Australia that works to increase national and international opportunities and access to the arts for people with disability as artists, arts-workers, participants and audiences.

AAA is committed to providing paid opportunities for artists with disability, in accordance with the industry-standard rates set out by NAVA.

Submissions must be received by COB April 19, 2020.
