Applications are now open for people aged 16-65 with high physical support needs who require funding for essential equipment, home modifications or support services.
The Youngcare At-Home Care Grants Program provides funding up to $10,000 per person to help bridge the gaps in a participant NDIS plan.
The program has been running since 2009 and has supported over 1,100 individuals to date with assistance from partners including Suncorp, The Co-Group, the Stand and Maureen Duke Foundation and UNE Parkinson as well as donor donations.
The grants program is open until August 18, 2021.
